BakerLinkPro sells job listing subscriptions to registered companies. Publishing a job listing for a chosen duration (e.g. 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month) gives the company full access to the contact details of every candidate interested in that listing for the entire duration of the subscription.

Durations and prices are displayed on the job posting page of your dashboard. Prices are indicated in the currency applicable to your country, as shown on your dashboard before checkout, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Orders are placed directly through the company dashboard. By completing a purchase, the company confirms acceptance of these General Terms of Sale in full.

An order confirmation is sent by email upon successful payment.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. BakerLinkPro does not store any banking or card information.

All transactions are subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

The job listing is published and full candidate contact access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment, for the entire duration selected at the time of order. No physical delivery is involved.

Once a job listing has been published following a confirmed payment, the corresponding subscription fee is non-refundable. This does not affect any statutory right you may have under applicable law.

The subscription runs for the duration selected at the time of purchase. Upon expiry, the job listing is no longer visible to candidates unless renewed. Where auto-renewal has been enabled, the subscription is automatically billed again at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand from the company dashboard.

BakerLinkPro acts solely as a technical intermediary connecting companies and candidates. By using this platform, companies expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• BakerLinkPro is not a party to any employment, contractual, or professional relationship that may arise between a company and a candidate following use of the platform.

• BakerLinkPro does not guarantee the outcome, success, or quality of any recruitment process initiated through the platform.

• BakerLinkPro does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of candidate profiles or any information provided by candidates, and shall not be held liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

• BakerLinkPro shall not be held liable for the conduct, availability, or reliability of any candidate, nor for any consequences arising therefrom, including failure to respond, withdrawal from a recruitment process, or unfulfilled commitments.

• BakerLinkPro shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to: loss of opportunity, financial loss, reputational damage, or any other consequence arising from the use of the platform, whether or not a recruitment resulted.

• BakerLinkPro does not intervene in the relationship between a company and a candidate beyond the initial connection provided through the platform.

In any event, BakerLinkPro's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the company for the specific job listing subscription concerned.

BakerLinkPro reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any company account, without prior notice and without refund, in the following cases:

• Reported inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful conduct toward a candidate.

• Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information in the company profile or job listings.

• Repeated failure to engage with candidates (non-response, unfulfilled commitments, working conditions materially different from the published listing).

• Any use of the platform in breach of these General Terms or applicable law.

Such suspension may occur even if the account has an active listing. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

BakerLinkPro also reserves the right to remove or deactivate any listing deemed non-compliant, without prior justification.

These General Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
