2. Access & Registration
Registration for companies requires creating an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Access to candidate profiles is subject to the purchase of connections (credits) as described in the pricing section of your dashboard.
3. Use of Candidate Data
By using BakerLinkPro, companies agree to use candidate information exclusively for professional recruitment purposes. Any commercial use, resale, or misuse of candidate data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Contact details (email, phone number) are only shared once a connection request is approved.
4. Connections & Credits
Each connection request consumes one credit from your account. Credits are non-refundable except in cases where a connection request is declined by BakerLinkPro. In such cases, the credit is automatically returned to your account.
5. Matching Process
When a company submits a connection request for a candidate, BakerLinkPro reviews the request and facilitates the introduction between both parties. BakerLinkPro reserves the right to approve or decline any connection request without obligation to provide justification.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (logo, design, texts, code) is the exclusive property of BakerLinkPro. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
BakerLinkPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
